How did we get here?
Up until February, it is all Retail Arbitrage. We did all this with primarily groceries. Biggest chunk of the sale goes to K-Cups coffee. It averaged about $15-$20 per sale with multipacks going for up to $40.
Profit Margin was a nice 28.8% gross.
What happened after February?
We switched to Online Arbitrage. Why??? You must be thinking.. Well, I can already see the challenges of RA. It is incredibly expensive to scale. Running a business, your biggest expense will always be Payroll. Running an RA business, you will need an army of people. Let’s try out Online Arbitrage.
